Zoom is a successful hybrid online estate agent operating in the south of England. It is the natural progression of 40 years of operating a successful traditional high-street agency.
The founders of Zoom have sold thousands of properties over the decades in traditional high-street agencies in the south of England. They have a very deep knowledge of what it takes to sell quickly and effectively.
They could see how technology was rapidly changing the buying and selling of property. Online agencies were able to offer low fees but often to the detriment of local expertise and customer service. The challenge was to create an estate agency that offers low fixed fees whilst maintaining all of the services and local knowledge of a high-street agency. In 2013 Zoom was born.
Since its launch, Zoom has become one of the the fastest growing hybrid estate agencies whilst becoming one of the leading agents in Crawley and surrounding areas in instructions and sales.
Zoom comes from a rich pedigree of property businesses in the south.
One of the co-founders, Michael Robinson has worked in the mortgage and property industry for the past 40 years. His career has included high-street estate agency, lettings, commercial property and financial services.
Micheal founded Zoom with his son Stuart who is also an experienced agent.
Michael and Stuart set out to create a new ‘hybrid’ agency building on their vast experience, mixing online convenience but wihout sacrificing customer service. Zoom was born.
