When moving out ensure that you leave the property as described in the contract, with the agreed fixtures and fittings, and everything else has been cleared out accordingly. It is always nice to have a clean home to move into.
Completion and moving in normally coincide on the same day. We will help to ensure sure this happens at the same time so you can move in out and in one day with ease. We will only release your keys once your solicitor confirms he has received funds. All official deeds for the property are also handed over at this point.
