Within that price we will value your property, photograph your property and write up a description ready for advertising. Our marketing services will see your property advertised across multiple platforms, including Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation and On The Market, as well as on our own website, social media channels and email alerts. One of our ‘to let’ boards will be put up outside the property should you want one and the property will appear in our printed literature.
We will find you a tenant, manage all financial issues and complete all referencing and checks. You are then free to take it from there, and come back to us if you need a new tenant or gain another property in your portfolio.
The second option is to take our fully-managed package rate for just 12% per month. We will help you at every step of the way while you rent out your property.
This includes providing ongoing support, advice and managing the day-to-day dealings of the property so you don’t have to. The package includes providing rental inspections and collecting rent for you, so you can relax knowing you have left the financial side of things to us.
